Shipping Information

Clearvell delivers to the destinations available at checkout. Orders are sent using tracked delivery, with the applicable delivery option and estimate shown before payment.

Delivery charges

Tracked delivery is £1.99 on orders under £20 and FREE on orders of £20 and over. This applies to the UK, EU and international destinations currently available at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, product launches and busy promotional periods.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary by destination, product and fulfilment location. The most relevant estimate is displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed dates.

For many UK orders, delivery typically takes approximately 3–6 working days after dispatch. EU and international delivery times vary by destination.

Tracking

Orders are sent using tracked delivery. After dispatch, your confirmation email will include a tracking link or number where applicable. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin showing movement.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if an amendment is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order enters processing.

Split deliveries

Items in the same order may occasionally be sent separately. When this happens, you may receive more than one tracking notification and will not be charged additional delivery fees because of the split.

Delays

Courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, customs processing and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. Contact us if your order has passed the latest estimate shown in your tracking information.

Damaged, missing or incomplete orders

Email support@clearvell.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damage, include clear photographs of the product and packaging. Please report delivery issues as soon as reasonably possible.

Taxes and import charges

Any taxes, duties or import charges collected at checkout will be displayed before payment. Where charges are not collected at checkout, the destination authority or carrier may apply them. Requirements vary by location.
