These Terms & Conditions apply when you use clearvell.com or purchase from Clearvell. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Product information
We take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, specifications and images. Screen settings, manufacturing updates and natural variation can cause minor differences. Products are intended for general wellness and comfort unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Wellness disclaimer
Clearvell products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease and are not substitutes for professional medical advice. Follow all supplied instructions and warnings. Seek professional advice before use if pregnant, living with a medical condition, using an implanted device, recovering from surgery or unsure whether a product is suitable. Stop use if you experience pain, numbness, irritation, dizziness or another adverse reaction.
4. Prices and payment
The price, currency, taxes and delivery charges applicable to your order are shown at checkout. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. Prices may change, but changes do not affect an order already accepted.
5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not possible. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Please provide a complete and accurate address. Risk in physical goods passes on delivery to you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law. See our Shipping Information.

8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully or use its content in a way that infringes rights.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, text, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to Clearvell and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where law permits.
10. Website availability
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, although we take reasonable steps to maintain the service.
11. Liability
We do not exclude liability where exclusion is unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or loss caused by misuse, failure to follow instructions, events outside our reasonable control or use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version applying to an order is the version available when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections available to consumers in their place of residence.
